Club competitions – Registration and payment

Dear members,

For the new season of 2019, the only way to complete your registration for a competition will be to pay the competition fee online. This process is easily developed and applicable for a payment through the app of Golf Vlaanderen.

Beneath you can find an overview of the steps to be completed to succeed your registration.

What does it mean?

  • When you would like to subscribe for a competition, you will be asked to pay the competition fee immediately. The fee is 5€ for all “single” competitions. Only when the payment is successfull you are subscribed for the competition.

How can I pay the competition fee?

  • To pay you have 2 possibilities. You can pay the competition fee directly online or you can use your BE-money.
  • When opening the program “I-golf Interactive” on your PC or tablet, there is a new icon (BE-money). After updating the app for smartphones, this icon will be available in the app. For the moment its available, in the left top corner, by clicking on “Menu” and “extra”.
  • BE-money is a credit system, you can add money (amount to be chosen) to your secured account (Golf Vlaanderen app/i-Golf Interactive). BE-money allows you to subscribe for club competitions and federal competitions. More info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgCHwt_r_KE&t=21s
  • If you have charged your credit and you want to subscribe afterwards, your credit will be displayed during the subscription.
  • If you have enough money on your account, the competition fee will be reduced from your credit. You are subscribed for the competition.
  • If your credit is insufficient, you will be refered to the pay page. An online payment will be booted. You have to pay the amount by the proposed method of payment. If the payment is successful you will recieve a confirmation by e-mail.

How to unsubscribe – cancel ?

  • Once the payment is done, a cancellation is not possible anymore. Previously the club has been informed that some players subscribed really early and afterwards they didn’t show up. Due to these players we had to refuse other players.
  • To unsubscribe your participation at the competition, you have to inform the secretary and/or captain. Only with a valid reason we will accept your cancellation. In case of an accepted legitimate subscription, we will do a refund to your BE-money account.

Is this applicable for all Club Competitions?

  • Yes. This will be applicable for all competitions on the calendar.
  • From i-golf or the app you will be transferred to the payment page.
  • This is the case when you want to add money for the BE-money account or when you want to pay a competition fee immidiately.
  • Choose your type of bankcard (payment type). Preferably Bancontact and follow the further instructions.
  • After validation of your pincode you will be transferred again to i-golf or the app.
  • You always receive a confirmation of payment.

At the platform for payment of Golf Vlaanderen you can use the following payment methods. We advice you to install theBancontact app on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the app of your “homebank”as well.
